Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

Scope

This policy covers information collected through the Briavix website — browsing this site and submitting the Request a Diagnostic form. It does not cover the separate handling of case documents inside Briavix Vault, which is governed by the engagement terms agreed at that stage.

What we collect

When you submit the Request a Diagnostic form, we collect the information you provide — name, work email, company, role, and the other qualification details on that form. We also collect basic analytics about site usage (pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters) to understand which content is useful.

Do not submit invoices, contracts, financial statements or other sensitive case documents through the website form. Document sharing happens later, through a secure Briavix Vault workspace, after initial qualification.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to follow up on your request and, where relevant, to route it to the right partner context (for example, a factoring or insurance partner you asked us to loop in). Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and is not used to make decisions about individual visitors.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard analytics to measure traffic and campaign performance. Analytics tooling is disabled by default in this environment and will be enabled, with an appropriate cookie notice, once a production analytics account is connected.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with a named partner (factor, insurer, adviser) only where you have asked us to route your case to them.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing danil@briavix.com.
